We had a wonderful time at Martin and Emily's lovely place. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The pool was a great way to cool off in the hot weather. Martin was so welcoming and went above and beyond to help us, even calling a mechanic to assist when we accidentally locked our car keys inside. The hospitality and flexibility of the hosts were exceptional, and they even went to the supermarket to get us some good beer. The location was beautiful, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail, from fresh flowers to tea and coffee-making facilities, was appreciated. The delicious breakfasts and sumptuous evening meals added to our enjoyable stay.
We do recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, with great attention to detail like fresh flowers and tea/coffee-making facilities. The location was picturesque and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfasts and sumptuous evening meals. I also loved the swimming pool, it was a perfect way to relax after a long day. a great value for money and highly recommended for a country break or as a stopover during a trip.
The limited swimming pool access. on the following day, the pool was closed due to the use of some chemicals, so there were no swimming opportunities.

The manor house is so old and fancy that I felt like a princess living in a fairytale. The swimming pool was a lifesaver in the heat. It's a great place to relax, unless you enjoy bricked up windows in your room. Cons: Just loved those hidden windows! So charming and practical.not.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality at Les Picardies. The hosts, Emily and Martin, went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs as a vegetarian, providing almond milk for my coffee at breakfast and offering plenty of fresh fruit and cereal. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The inviting atmosphere created by Emily, Martin, and their family made me feel right at home. I would definitely choose to stay at this welcoming establishment again, especially if I find myself traveling through the charming town of Lesterps.
